  Service is good, friendly and attentive. You're not left standing for long, waiting for a table. It could be cleaner  like the restrooms, it looked like wee ones were left to their own devices in there. Wait staff is excellent.

  Literally the slowest, lamest, worst service Applebee's I've ever been to. Thanks for reminding me why they should be out of business. At least this location should be.

  How does a food menu sit right in front  of me for a hour and the bartender never asks if I'M ready to order? He was too busy washing dishes.

  We hadn't been to Applebee's for quite awhile until last night. I was surprised to see only a 2 star rating. After all, Applebee's, Chili's, Ruby Tuesday, et al - national chains - formulaic - how complicated can it be? Then I read the reviews. And then I had our experience. And now I understand.
  
  Our experience wasn't dreadful - it was just reflective of really bad management, and that definitely appears to be the common denominator in the recent reviews. They were reasonably busy but we were seated immediately. So far so good. A bit slow taking our orders, but not a big problem. Our food arrived pretty quickly; however, we had no silverware or napkins. And no wait person in sight. After several minutes I went to the hostess to request silverware and napkins. Minimal service throughout our meal, but I need to qualify that. I think our wait person was probably quite good - she was pleasant and apologetic and virtually running and working very hard - they were simply badly understaffed and she was trying to cover tables all over the restaurant. This might have just been an off night - but when you read the other reviews, it wasn't - it was just business as usual at this Applebee's location.
  
  Our food was good. Who doesn't like Applebee's riblets! Very good burgers - especially the Whiskey River burger, and good onion rings as well. Applebee's and its ilk will never be 5 star - they are what they are, but they can be good at what they are, and they ought to be rock-solid 3+ stars without even trying.
  
  Sad - this Applebee's isn't that far off, and fixes aren't monumental. But the consistency of the reviews say that management isn't paying attention and apparently just doesn't very much care.

  Worst experience ever the waiter Gavin first messed up our order forgot a plate had to wait for it finally brings me the plate and my meal was wrong they take it back they bring it back to me and it's still wrong then he tells me I'll see if I can get this plate can't because I made a mistake well everybody's done eating I finally get my mail we're still waiting for drinks for refills we've already asked him twice we had to get another waiter to give us our drinks the manager didn't even bother at our table even though there was issues I finally called her over explained what the issues was she made an excuse and said that it's been a hectic day the restaurant was not even halfway full and then as I'm telling her she cuts me off and says well let me make this right if you give me a chance not apologizing I wasn't yelling I was actually holding an infant baby in my arms worst
  
  OK that will be the second try this time it was awesome making the bartender worked really hard was running everywhere and still give us great service way to go Megan
